Through my expertise as an artisanal preserver, I propose to cook tasty local products and then learn all the essential techniques to learn how to preserve them for your loved ones to enjoy. Depending on the season, you will cook pâtés, candied sausages and other delicious dishes to accompany them. This experience is a real immersion in the life of a traditional cannery and it will be the occasion to spend a nice moment of sharing between friends or colleagues.
