Come and discover a new way of cooking fresh seasonal products straight from our farm. We will take you into our world by offering you simple and delicious recipes. We will present our products and our way of sublimating them... So embark on our universe, we are waiting for you!

The particularity of our workshop is that from one day to the next, you will never learn the same thing. Our menu changes every day depending on the weather, the season, the products harvested on the farm. We make our menus according to our desires and inspirations. We therefore decide to show you our know-how and to give you our most wise advice to create a real sharing around a friendly and pleasant moment.

A friendly, original and committed workshop

The adventure begins with a farm in polyculture-agroecological breeding 20km from Bordeaux. Here, we respect the soil and the living. We practice an organic peasant agriculture without chemicals. And everything we harvest supplies the canteen's pantry and the Récoltants' market stall. The fresh products are transformed into cooked dishes for the canteen or in jars sold in the grocery store. The kitchen waste feeds the compost that returns to the soil of the farm's vegetable garden. A true ecosystem in which nothing is lost, everything is transformed!

Those who militate for an organic agriculture, peasant on a human scale and respectful of the soil and the living. At the Récoltants, we share the taste of the soil and the good food. We participate in the preservation of know-how and biodiversity through the rediscovery of old varieties of fruits and vegetables and rustic and local animal breeds to be saved.
