A feast for the eyes, a delight in the plate, this lunch workshop on the waves awakens the taste buds as much as the cells. Also take advantage of the spa present on our boat.

Escape the city for a culinary break and get back to nature. Embark on a journey inside/outside, rich in vitality and flavors. You will learn in a workshop how to make juice with an extractor, kefir or sprouted seeds. You will leave with the knowledge of the basics of physiological and naturopathic nutrition, it will also be available to taste your juices and dishes in our spa.
