A hands-on and theory-based pizza workshop: you’ll get your hands in the dough while we dive into the principles that bring it to life. We’ll cover the different types of flour, the role of salt, the various types of yeast, hydration levels, kneading, and the key stages of fermentation. Each concept is explained and put into practice. Then it’s time to shape, top, and bake your pizza. The goal: to give you the skills to recreate a delicious, well-baked, crisp and digestible pizza at home — even in a regular oven. 📍 In Clermont-Ferrand, in small groups for a personalized experience. 🍕 And you’ll leave with your own pizza, fresh from the oven and ready to enjoy.
