Nature walk and plant-based cooking workshop with wild plants!

About this experience

Come and discover the edible wild plants of the Bas Rhin and learn how to transform them into delicious vegetable recipes! The workshop starts with a 2h30 immersive walk in the nature to discover the wild plants in their natural environment. Through a sensory approach and the transmission of botanical knowledge, Aude will teach you how to identify the plants encountered while indicating the main possible confusions. We will gather together the plants necessary for our meal, then go to the kitchen to make vegetable, gourmet and wild recipes. The workshop will end with a tasting of the preparations made with the group. You will leave with details of the recipes and information on the plants observed and used.
