One-on-one, you and I, your Pastry Chef, share two hours of creativity and indulgence in the intimate setting of my charming pastry workshop. 🎉 On the program (to be chosen when booking): we'll explore a recipe of your choice and discover its secrets such as Tartes, Paris-Brest, choux, Saint-Honoré, number cake, tropézienne and a gourmet charlotte. 🍰 Every detail, every step in the making of these delights will be a culinary adventure in itself, and a unique opportunity to master the technical gestures worthy of a professional Pastry Chef. During this workshop, depending on your choice of recipe, we'll tackle every facet of its elaboration: from delicate doughs to creamy creams, from crisp cookies to elegant assemblies, from artistic poaching to final decoration. You'll have the opportunity to get your hands dirty and create your own sweet masterpiece.
