Join me on a fascinating journey into the world of wild edible plants. In this hands-on experience, I'll share my passion for these often-overlooked treasures found in nature. We'll start the workshop with an introduction to the plants I've harvested, along with practical tips for identifying them yourself. Together, we'll explore the unique characteristics of each plant and how they can be creatively used in the kitchen. Next, I'll guide you through the preparation of several recipes that I've specially designed for this workshop. You'll learn how to transform these wild plants into dishes that truly highlight their rich and diverse flavors. The goal is to awaken your senses and show you that nature is full of delicious, untapped potential. Throughout the workshop, we'll create between 3 to 5 different preparations, which we'll then enjoy together in a warm and friendly setting. This shared moment will be a wonderful opportunity to discuss our creations and the passion we all share
