Immerse yourself in a craft brewery in Bordeaux to participate in the production for a day! During your immersion, you will follow Lydia in her brewing activity. She will introduce you to the different brewing processes and you will handle the different ingredients needed to create her famous organic craft beers. You will start with the start of the heating and the crushing. Then you'll discover the steps of mashing, filtering, boiling, hopping, and seeding. You will learn what hopping means and many other terms of the profession. In short, brewing beer will have no secrets for you at the end of this day.

More than a workshop, this immersion is a real opportunity to discover the secrets of craft beer. You will also taste all the beers of the brewery La P'tite Martial such as the Blonde, the Safranée, the amber, the spring beer, the brown etc. You will leave with a 6 bottles pack of the brewery as a souvenir.
