The "Randos Tapas" or walk, wine and dine. 
First, a nice walk of 1h15, playful and pedagogical through the vines. You will see in detail our methods of working the soil. My Guide knowledge is used to make sure you have a great time. Our hike leads us through our vineyard, on the hillsides of the Fronsadais. Then, the tasting. We serve you homemade tapas that we make ourselves, after taking classes with a chef to offer you the best. Convivial moment, under the century Oaks, we offer you to savour them with the 3 wines of Boutinet.

Château Boutinet is a vineyard that we bought in 2011. We put our suitcases in the heart of the Fronsadais. You will love like us, the amazing ruins, in the heart of 27 hectares of vines, woods and meadows. We produce wines in organic farming, with passion.

Nathalie will be your guide during the hike. Winegrower guide, Bordeaux Tutor at the Bordeaux Wine School, she will guide you through our vineyards and the slopes of the Fronsadais, to discover biodiversity, the organic  management of our vineyard and the history of Bordeaux wines. Take time to admire the magnificent landscapes in the middle of the vineyards, the meadow, the ruins of the castle and the forest.

Après notre randonnée, ce sera Jérôme qui vous fera déguster 3 vins Boutinet autour de tapas faits "maison". Nous débuterons par un Clairet très frais puis deux vins rouges 100% Merlot.
– Le château Boutinet: Élevé en cuve, c’est un vin frais, fruité avec de la rondeur et de la finesse.
– Le Thalie de Boutinet: C’est notre cuvée spéciale. Vin élégant, il est boisé et très fruité.

We will do the tasting under the oak trees or in our yurt, with a breathtaking view of our estate. The opportunity for all of us to spend a superb moment of conviviality and discovery

We are lucky in Chateau Boutinet. Why? an exceptional Terroir and our passion! We are in organic farming. We never lose sight  that we are only the tenants of our children's Earth. A flock of Southdown ewes now helps us maintain our vines.
