Are you looking for an original evening around gastronomy and good wine with friends or colleagues? Les récoltants invites you to a private dinner in our restaurant located in rue Sainte Colombe in Bordeaux. Our restaurant/farm is both a grocery store (farmer's market) and a restaurant (canteen) supplied by our own farm located in Macau in the Médoc. We will take you into our universe "from the fork to the fork" for a culinary experience around a meal in 3 seasonal dishes and a commented tasting of natural wines by our sommelier. Discovery of a region, awakening of the taste buds and convivial tasting will be part of the experience.

Our menu changes every day according to the weather, the season, and the products harvested at the farm. We make our menus according to our desires and inspirations. We therefore decide to show you our know-how around a convivial and greedy moment.

A friendly, original and committed experience

The adventure begins with a farm in polyculture-agroecological breeding 20km from Bordeaux. Here, we respect the soil and the living. We practice an organic peasant agriculture without chemicals. And everything we harvest supplies the canteen's pantry and the Récoltants' market stall. The fresh products are transformed into cooked dishes for the canteen or in jars sold in the grocery store. The kitchen waste feeds the compost that returns to the soil of the farm's vegetable garden. A true ecosystem in which nothing is lost, everything is transformed!
