Offer your employees a team building around a unique cooking class in a Top Chef Challenge version in Paris! Divided into brigades, your team will have to create the best cooking menu under time and ingredient constraints, just like on TV! The participants will have 1h30 per team to invent their recipes, prepare them and set up the plates. To spice things up, the participants will have to use seasonal ingredients imposed by the Chef. The jury will elect the best brigade based on inventiveness, organization, teamwork and cleanliness of the work surface. The brigades will also be rated on the boldness of their recipes, the flavors and the presentation of their plates... So who will be the worthy heir of Philippe Etchebest or Cyril Lignac?

We will welcome you in our 86m² eco-responsible place, which has been carefully designed and decorated to be warm and stimulating. The layout can be adapted according to the number of participants and the type of event: meeting, team building, press or client event, photo or video shooting...

Our eco-responsible workshop

* A basket of local and seasonal ingredients, organic whenever possible * Recipes to invent and make with the advice and tips of your chef if you are 12 or less. * Beyond that, the recipe is provided, but you invent the dressing that goes with it. * A talented chef, teacher and entertainer! * Techniques and cooking tips shared by the chef to be reproduced at home * Participants congratulated for the efficiency of the brigade, the flavors and the dressing of the plate * A course that ends with pride by a tasting in the best conditions * We select the ingredients and partners with care for your workshops
