Located in Chartrons, my brewery La P'tite Martial offers a local organic beer, hand-brewed with organic ingredients! Brewing, bottling, labeling and direct sales! This introductory workshop to beer tasting allows you to discover in a friendly environment all you need to know to fully appreciate a craft beer. You will discover our production method and our organic and eco-responsible approach. During the workshop, 4 glasses of beer will be proposed and analyzed sensorially: blonde, amber, white and our new saffron beer.

During this workshop we will discover together how we produce our beers and we will talk about malt, hops, bitterness, strength and you will enrich your culture around this beautiful and friendly product... In short, a great moment for the curious, the amateurs and the connoisseurs. For information, we ask for a minimum of 6 participants in order to confirm the visit.

Your discovery

Since the very beginning of LA P'TITE MARTIAL, I have used organic ingredients; in March 2016, I obtained the Organic Agriculture (AB) certification, I thus made the choice of quality rather than quantity. I elaborate handcrafted, traditional, pure malt beers, brewed by hand; they are beers of guard said "alive", not filtered, not pasteurized, refermented in bottle. The deposit of yeast in the bottom of the bottle is natural, it is a guarantee of quality.
