In the heart of this peaceful landscape of stone and river, the Domaine's guide will accompany you along the ponds and explain the history and life of these sturgeons that spend at least 7 years in these waters before releasing their eggs. With comments full of humor and unusual anecdotes, the guide will explain how our modern breeding methods respect the fish and nature. He will reveal the passion that drives us when we care for the sturgeon and make caviar. You will feed the fish and have the opportunity to pet large sturgeon with the provided equipment. After the visit, we will introduce you to caviar tasting with a selection of our production.

The "Discovery" tasting per person includes: a toast of Sturgeon Rillettes, a toast of Caviar Butter, a spoonful of Baeri Signature Caviar and a glass of sparkling wine. There is an option with a tasting with a spoonful of Osciètre Signature Caviar with a supplement (+ 16 €). This option is selectable when choosing options.
