Our viticultural philosophy is that of organic farming. Follow your guide on a unique sensory walk in the heart of a protected natural environment, the Plain of Versailles. We will tell you all our anecdotes and the organic winemaking process will be explained to you. You will have the opportunity to stroll through the alleys of the vineyard and discover the collection of rare grape varieties present. Then, you will have the chance to taste three unique cuvées in a group, a privileged and convivial moment in the company of your guide.
