Urban Chef invites you to take part in a new French cooking course to learn new recipes and an apprentice chef of French gastronomy.
At the menu of the workshop :
Entrance : Roasted gambas, vegetables with aniseed juice and saffron aioli
Dish: Duck breast with five spices, sesame rösti and radish pickles
Dessert: Pineapple confit with coffee and amber rum, cardamom and streusel with black sesame
