The Urban Chef Bordeaux invites you to learn how to make a special end of the year celebrations menu
You will start your cooking class at 6:30 p.m and will be invited, while finish, to enjoy your menu with wine. At the menu :
- Starter : Sweet onions with Foie Gras, chervil and curry Pie, Bordelaise sauce with marrow
- Dish : Landes' Foie Gras poultry Ballotine, frozen seasonal vegetables and its juice
- Dessert : Half-cooked chocolate 70% "Ocoa" with a salted butter caramel sauce


Useful information

Program :
- 06h15 p.m : reception of the participants
- 06:30 - 08:30 p.m : Cooking class of 2 hours
- 08:30 - 09:30 : Tasting of your creations with wine

Minimum of 4 persons and maximum of 10 persons.
