The workshop is divided in three activities made around tastings and several recreational activities.
The first one is named "Physiology of senses". Your host will teach you how an experience made during the workshop can influence your sensory perception.
The second one is "Mystery grape variety". You will discover several grapes and learn to recognize it.
The last workshop is named "The mystery appellation". It aims to make you discover the several AOC and learn the importance of the terroir during wine tastings.
Clémence, your host, uses her skills in physiology of senses and œnology at your service by planning oenological workshops allowing you to improve your sensory skills thanks to the wine.
Through this œnological workshop, you will not make a simple tasting but a true experience aiming to perceive and recognize the aromas and flavors of the the proposed wine.
It is through a biological and molecular approach that Clémence invite you to a true understanding of the sensory issues that are commited while tasting a wine.
