Discover mixology, the art of preparing subtle and daring cocktails. Mixology is the science of bartending. A good mixologist knows how to create balanced and original cocktails from a selection of alcohols, juices, syrups, aromatics... and you will take up the challenge! This mixology team building workshop will teach you the techniques and gestures of the best bartenders, enough to impress your guests back home! Like Tom Cruise in TopGun, you will measure out, assemble, shake your cocktails, AND finally taste them. You will make 3 cocktails proposed by default: the unavoidable mojito (and its variations), a smokey and also a british basil proposed, with a flair show. The trick? Enjoy a live Flair show by a titled bartender, a guaranteed Wow effect!

You are welcomed with joy and conviviality and invited to take place in front of your stand where everything has been set up for you (equipment, ingredients...) * The mixologist welcomes you and presents you in a few minutes the course, the equipment and the safety rules. * Everyone follows, step by step, the bar tender and its cocktail, with precision, class and fun, tastes it, adjusts it, savors it... before enjoying a live show of flair * We then move on to the 2nd cocktail, going even further in the learning process and fed by your questions!

The process

For the tasting of your cocktails, we propose you in option, delicious tapas to share without moderation.

* Pizzette soufflé parmesan and tomato confit 
* Tacos of salmon tartar, apple and soy 
* Mini mozza waffle, basil and balsamic 
* Parmesan shortbread and basil shoots 
* Bun BBQ pastrami and spinach shoots 
* Croque cube camembert of Normandy, honey 
* Quinoa salad with pomegranate and ricotta 
* Steamed tortilla with black olive, caper and pickles 
* Crunchy vegetable roll with lemon sauce 
* Lemon tartlet with coconut marshmallow 
* Raspberry, mascarpone and timut pepper tiramisu 
* Old-fashioned whipped cream choux
