Are you looking for an original experience and are you creative? We offer you an introduction to the production of complex chocolate works. No worries, you will be guided step by step throughout the course by a master chocolatier. We will be there to teach you techniques and tips that will be useful to you. The workshop will give you all the tools you need to make ganache recipes and original pieces. You will know all the secrets and the history of chocolate, enough to amaze your loved ones by coming back to reality!

We will first talk to you about chocolate and its origins, then the chocolatier will brief you on the important indications to have before starting (tempering, molding, etc...). You will then make the molding and different ganache recipes. Your ganaches will serve as garnish. After assembling your original piece, you can move on to the decoration stage according to your tastes. Sugar paste will be your best friend! You will leave with a beautiful piece (approximately 350g) of many techniques to perform at home!
